Gabriel Hemphill is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. He has extensive experience representing automobile manufacturers in consumer litigation, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud.
Prior to joining the firm, Gabriel worked at several global law firms representing corporate defendant entities in FEHA, wage and hour class, collective, and California Private Attorneys’ General Act (“PAGA”) actions, and traditional labor matters.
Gabriel was also previously a Judicial Law Clerk and later, a Senior Labor Relations Specialist in the Labor & Equity Division, at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Gabriel earned his earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law in 2016, where he was an active member of the moot court (Bartlit Center for Trial Advocacy). He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Vanderbilt University in 2007. During his undergrad studies, he was awarded Vanderbilt University Top Ten Senior in 2007, elected as Attorney General of the Student Government Association, and received the Ingram Merit Community Service Scholarship.
Gabriel represents clients in federal and state courts in the State of California in consumer litigation in the automotive industry, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud. He handles all aspects of these cases.
Gabriel previously represented corporate defendant entities in FEHA, wage and hour class, collective, and California Private Attorneys’ General Act (“PAGA”) actions, and traditional labor matters.
