About Travis L. Manfredi

Travis Manfredi is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. He has extensive experience representing automobile manufacturers in consumer litigation, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud.

Prior to joining the firm, Travis litigated class actions involving antitrust, artificial intelligence and intellectual property. Travis also prosecuted trademarks; advised on privacy, advertising, the intricacies of contests and sweepstakes rules, and much more; and litigated trademark and copyright cases.

Travis graduated in the top 10% of his class at the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2011, where he was the Managing Editor of the USF Law Review and a member of the Lefkowitz and NACC advocacy team. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2004.
