About Kelly Larios

Kelly Larios is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. She represents automobile manufacturers in consumer litigation, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in History at La Sierra University and her Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law. While in law school, Kelly was President of the Latino Law Student’s Association, She was also a staff editor for USC Gould’s Entertainment Law Review, Spotlight, and participated in USC’s Trademark Moot Court.

Prior to practicing law, Kelly worked as an assistant in Airbnb’s Legal Department, where she managed compliance with high-profile litigation.

Kelly is a big fan of trivia and aspires to be on Pop Culture Jeopardy. She has a cat named Lyra who enjoys attending all her meetings.
